Step 2 - The Design
- We custom design your home reflect your needs and desires
- We work closely with you to select the materials, colours, finishes and technologies
Step 3 – Team Assembly
- We prepare detailed architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical drawings and specs required for permit submissions
- Site managers gather their professional and trade teams
- Once permits are obtained, we start to build
Step 4 – The Construction
- We build according to the Ontario Building Code
- We facilitate all inspections
- Our proprietary software tracks all schedules facilitating communication and ensuring that all aspects of your build stays on track
- We schedule in-home walkthroughs to keep you connected
- You can make modifications as the work progresses
